Infinity Replacement sells and installs custom-built Infinity by Marvin windows and patio doors tailored to your home with expert guidance and a dedicated customer success manager handling every detail.

Assess current windows and doors

Your consultant will evaluate your current windows for moisture issues, water damage, rot, or structural concerns. They'll also note any energy efficiency or functional issues.

Select installation method

Depending on the condition of your existing windows, they will determine if it's a redesign with a full-frame replacement or one-for-one insert replacement.

Select the right options

From window style to performance glass to hardware finishes, your consultant will walk you through all the design options.

Understand replacement costs

Your consultant will help you price out your replacement and understand how to budget for your project.

Take measurements

Your project manager will visit your home to measure openings, accounting for variances. These measurements will be used to place your order and custom-build your new windows and doors for a proper fit.

Plan an installation timeline

When placing your order, your consultant will give you a detailed timing estimate. We will be in touch with you over the weeks your order is being custom built, keeping you posted on progress and confirming installation dates with you.

Walk-through

Your project manager will conduct an initial walk-through on installation day and introduce you to your Infinity Replacement installers.

Remove old windows or doors

Our installers will carefully remove your old windows and doors before preparing the opening for new windows and doors.

Installation

Installers fit windows and doors securely. They’ll use flashing and caulk to prevent air and water leaks.

Final walk-through

Your project manager will conduct a final walk-through. We’ll explain how to operate your windows or doors and answer your questions.

Several components make a window energy efficient. First, Low-E glass coatings play a role in reducing heat transfer to make your home energy efficient. Windows have microscopic thin metallic coatings designed to reduce energy loss. The coatings can reflect solar heat away from a home, or when applied on the interior side of the glass, reflect heat back into a room. Second, double pane windows can reduce heat transfer. Third, the window frame material adds heat transfer resistance. Ultrex fiberglass is 5,000x less conductive than rolled form aluminum, meaning greater resistance to heat transfer.

Ultrex is a custom reinforced fiberglass composite used to create windows and patio doors. Ultrex has superior strength, stability, and durability to other window and patio door materials. Ultrex won’t melt or lose its shape, even when exposed to extreme temperatures of up 285° F.

    The process starts with thin strands of strong glass cables and saturate them with specifically compounded resins.

  • Pultruded fiberglass:

    The strands are pulled through a heated die and cut them with diamond-edged blades to form Ultrex.

    Ultrex is topped off with a proprietary acrylic finish that is smoother and 3x thicker than competitive options.

The installers will ensure a proper and plumb fit with proper flashing and caulking to seal your home against air leaks and water infiltration. The installers will clean up the work space once their work is done and a project manager will conduct a final walk-through following the installation to ensure everything meets your satisfaction.
